Monday 23rd March 2020 – Learner Update
Good Afternoon,
Further to the most recent updates regarding Covid-19 and the advice to be followed, ASAT Ltd have taken the decision that our team will be completing learner visits on a remote basis for the forseeable future, to ensure our teams safety and welfare, plus yours, your employer and colleagues.
Any exams that have been scheduled up to and including the 30th April 2020, will be postponed, and we will update you regarding this situation as soon as we receive any further information. Exam bookings will be reviewed on goingly, month by month, until such times we can return to normal.
During this period it is imperative learners continue to show progession and learning towards their qualifications. Our team are in place to provide this support and ensure learner targets are not impacted in any way. We will be transferring learners to the new e-portfolio system during this time and guidance will be issued imminently to everyone.
We understand there are other priorities currently, however as trainee dental professionals, learners must continue to progress.
Our team will be contacting you for arranged visits on your schedule, please ensure you are able to undertake these visits as planned.
Our operations team based at head office, will be working from home by the end of this week, we have in place full support for you, to ensure you can still contact us during our working hours.
We will be monitoring all emails and phone messages at head office as well.
Our working hours will remain the same: Mon – Thursday 09.00 am – 17.15am. Friday 09.00am – 16.00pm.
